A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE SALE OF CERTAIN
PERSONAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has
acquired the following described personal property, to wit:
One Raymer Model 100 Watt Amplifier and Four Electro Voice
Speakers (hereinafter "Property "); and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has offered to
purchase Property; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33431 of the Health
and Safety Code, a public hearing was held to permit inter-
ested persons to be heard concerning this proposed sale; and
WHEREAS, the purchase price offered for Property
is adequate consideration for Property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the sale of
said Property to the City of Anaheim be, and it is hereby,
approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 2nd day of
January , 1979• /
