A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH
WILLDAN ASSOCIATES AND AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has heretofore
entered into an agreement with Willdan Associates for engineering
services; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to amend said agreement; and
WHEREAS, an agreement, entitled "First Amendment to
Agreement for Engineering Services for Fiscal Year 1978 -79"
(hereinafter "Amendment ") has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Amendment are
acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Amendment are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Amendment on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 9th day �f January ,
