A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AUTHORIZING THE TERMINATION AND
CANCELLATION OF C014TRACT NO. D78 -2 WITH
C.C.C. LAND CLEARING AND WRECKING; AND
AUTHORIZING REBIDDING OF THE UNCOMPLETED
WORK REQUIRED BY THE TERMS OF CONTRACT
NO. D78 -2 IF BONDING COMPANY WILL NOT COM-
PLETE THE WORK.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim
Resolution No. ARA78 -54, award
demolition work to C.C.C. Land
WHEREAS, C.C.C. Land
to perform said demolition wor
Contract D78 -2; and
Redevelopment Agency did, by
Contract No. D78 -2 for certain
Clearing and Wrecking; and
Clearing and Wrecking has failed
within the period required by
WHEREAS, said failure to complete said work may inter-
fere with the Agency's ability to meet Agency's contract obliga-
tion to developers of property in Redevelopment Project Alpha.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the Executive Director be, and he is hereby,
authorized to terminate and cancel Contract D78 -2 on behalf of
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
2. That the Executive Director be, and he is hereby,
authorized to seek bids for the uncompleted work required by
Contract D78 -2 for the account and at the expense of C.C.C. Land
Clearing and Wrecking if the bonding company will not complete
the work.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 9th day of January, 1979.
