A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO PARTICIPATION
AGREEMENT WITH ALAN AND LA DEL CLENDENEN
AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN
AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, Agency did on May 9, 1978, enter a Parti-
cipation Agreement with Alan Clendenen and La Del Clendenen;
and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to amend certain provisions
of said Agreement; and
WHEREAS, an amendment entitled First Amendment to
Participation Agreement "First Amendment" has been prepared;
and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of First Amendment
are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said First Amendment are hereby approved and
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute said First Amendment on behalf of the Anaheim Re-
development Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 16th day of
