1 TZ'Et:,�5, by agreement dated March 8, 1977, the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency did engage Port and Flor, Inc. to provide
relocation services to the Anaheir. Rdevelopment Agency; and.
VITIL11LAS, Section III of agree - ment provides that the
maximum compensation payable by Agency is $50,000.00 without
prior approval by resolution of tie Agency; and
GTIEREAS, the Agency did on October 25, 1977, adopt
Resolution No. AIEA77 -83, wherein the maximum compensation payable
to Port & Flor, Inc. was increased to $125,000.00; and
jTUREAS, the Agency did on June 6, 1973, adopt ?esolu-
tion T�To. ARA73 - wherein the maxim compensation payable to
Port and Flor, Inc. was further increased to $200,000.00; and
1 uaAS, the Agency did, on September 19, 1978, adopt
Resolution No. ARA78 -104 wherein the maximum compensation payable
to Port & Flor, Inc. was :further increased to $265,000.00; and
WHEPEAS, it is necessary and desirable to permit a fur-
ther increase in the maximum compensation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency does hereby approve an increase in the maxi-
mum compensation payable to Port and Flor, Inc. pursuant to said
agreement to $300,000.00.
THE FOREGOING UI SOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 20th day of February ,
1979.
