A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT 'VvITH PRICE WATERHOUSE &
CO. AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN AND SEC-
RETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in need
of auditing services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement entitled "Agreement for Auditing
Services - 1979" (hereinafter "Agreement ") has been nrepared
whereby Price Waterhouse & Co. will provide such service; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement are
acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and con-
ditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accented.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and tlsey are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 27th day of March , 1979.
