A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WIT11 WORLD ADVERTISING,
INC. AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in need of
advertising services to prepare informational brochures; and
WHEREAS, an agreement, entitled "Agreement for
Advertising Services" has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said Agreement are
acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 10th day of �p<i1, 1979.
