A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIMI REDEVELOPI T`
AGENCY APPROVING AND ACCEP`T'ING `IODIFICATIOvS
OF CERTAI1\1 PRICES TO BE PAID FOR AGENCY
PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 1 ARA79 -8, the Anaheim Redevel-
opment Agency did accept the offer of Proppe Antiques to purchase
certain Agency property for :'782.82; and 1
WHEREAS, by resolution 14o. ARA79 -29, the Agency did
accept the offer of Orange County Used Goods to purchase certain
Agency property for 1 ?1,080.00; and
WHEREAS, due to fire damage and disappearance of some
of the articles included in the property to be sold to Proppe
Antiques and Orange County Used Goods, the Agency is unable to
deliver all of said articles; and
WHEREAS,
have agreed to pay

articles to Proppe Antiques and Orange County Used Goods for

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 17th day of April, 1979.
