A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEI11 REDEVELOPNE'NT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A 1 11 AGREETrTENT ?WITH ?WILLIAT' BRASHEARS,
AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN
AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREET -TETIT .
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is charged
with the implementation of Redevelopment Project Alpha; and
WHEREAS, an agreement, entitled. "Agreement for Exclusive
Right to Negotiate with William Brashears" (hereinafter "Agreement ")
has been prepared whereby Developer will negotiate for development
of a portion of Project Alpha; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement are accept-
able to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said Agree-
ment on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 24th day of April, 1979.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim Redevelopment
