A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH DAVID S. COLLINS AND ROBERT J. DRABKIN, AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN AND
SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is charged
with the implementation of Redevelopment Project Alpha; and
WHEREAS, an agreement, entitled "Agreement for
Exclusive Right to Negotiate with David S. Collins and Robert J.
Drabkin" (hereinafter "Agreement ") has been prepared whereby
Developer will negotiate for development of a portion of Project
Alpha; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement are
acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 24th day of April ,
