A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH WILLIAM H. DAVIS, INC.,
dba DAVIS- DUHAIME ASSOCIATES AND AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in
need of architectural services for the modification of
the Washington Elementary School; and
WHEREAS, an agreement, entitled "Agreement for
Architectural Services" (hereinafter "Agreement ") has been
prepared; and
WHEREAS, William H. Davis, Inc., dba Davis -
Duhaime Associates, is willing to perform such services;
and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement
are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed
to execute said Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTIONN is approved and adopted
by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 1st day of May, 1979.
