A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A14 AGREEMENT WITH JESS 0. YBARRA; AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMA1d AND
SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency desires to
sell certain improvements located at 206 I1orth Claudina Street,
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, an agreement entitled "Agreement for Sale of
Improvements" (hereinafter "Agreement ") has been ?prepared wherein
Agency does sell said Improvements; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of the Agreement are
acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER 1iESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 15th day of MAy/
