A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIPI REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH DOLORES SAUCEDO; AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN AND
SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim redevelopment Agency desires to
sell certain improvements located at 124 � Philadelphia Street,
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, an agreement entitled "Agreement for Sale of
Improvements" (hereinafter "Agreement ") has been prepared wherein
Agency does sell said Improvements; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of the agreement are
acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
IOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and con-
ditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accented.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 15th day 9f May, 1979.
