ARA1979-049: ESOLUTION NO. ARF_ 79 -49
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING SALE OF CERTAIN FIXTURES
AND EQUIPMENT OF THE AGENCY TO THE ANAHEIM
SENIOR CITIZENS CLUB, INC. AND AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF AGENCY TO EXE-
CUTE CONTRACT OF SALE.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is the owner
of certain fixtures and equipment which is surplus to the needs
of the Agency; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Senior Citizens Club, Inc. has
offered to purchase such fixtures and equipment from the Agency;
and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Agency to
sell said fixtures and equipment to the Club.
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to the Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency that an agreement with the Anaheim Senior Citizens
Club, Inc. for the sale of certain fixtures and equipment be,
and it is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Agency Counsel prepare
certain legal documents for the sale.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Executive Director of
Agency be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute contract of
sale.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 5th day of June,.,1979.

ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency signed said Resolution on the 5th day of June, 1979.
