WH:L'REAS, the Anahea_ri :'Led evelo.arient Agency has hereto-
fore entered into Contract :79 -9 with Hintz ,^lreckin Co., Inc.;
and
WHEPEAS, it is desirable to amend Contract D79 - to
permit progress payments; and
WHEREAS, a First Amendment to Agreement (hereinafter.
"Agreement ") has been. prepared; and
s1HEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement are
acceptable to the Anaheim 1.edevelopment Agency.
NOT1, THrREFO�.T, BE IT I;ESOLVr;D that the terms and con-
ditions of said Agreement are hereby aprjr. oved. and accented.
BE IT F URT1iER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Agreement on behalf' of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
