A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF SECOND NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT WITH THE
MASONIC TEMPLE ASSOCIATION OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is
proceeding with the implementation of Redevelopment
Project Alpha; and
WHEREAS, a proposed Second Negotiation Agreement
( "Agreement ") for the development of certain property with -
in Project Alpha has been presented by the Masonic Temple
Association of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said
Agreement are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of this Agreement be, and they are hereby,
approved by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed
to execute said Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 5th day of June, 1979.
