A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEII REDE VELOPNENT
AGENCY AMENDING RESOLU`T'ION NO. ARA77 -17
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency did on
March 1, 1977, pass Resolution No. ARA77 -17, which resolu-
tion did authorize establishment of "Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency - Relocation Assistance Account;" and
WHEREAS, Section 33418 of the Health and Safety
Code pertaining to confidentiality of records relating to
relocation of displacees has been repealed; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to continue
to use said account for relocation payments in order that
funds may be made available to displacees in a. timely manner.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency does hereby authorize continuation of
said account entitled "Anaheim Redevelopment Agency - Reloca-
tion Assistance Account."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all other terms and
conditions of Resolution ARA77 -17 be continued in full force
and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 19th day of
June, 1979.
