A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEI' REDEVELOPIRENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH WILLDAN ASSOCIATES
AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRIAN
AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in need of
engineering services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement entitled "Second Agreement for
Engineering Services" (hereinafter "Agreement ") has been prepared;
and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement are ac-
ceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and con-
ditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 19th day of June, 1979
