A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH CONVERSE WARD DAVIS
DIXON ASSOCIATES, AND AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in need
of soils engineering and consulting services for fiscal year
1979 -80; and
WHEREAS, an agreement entitled "Agreement for Soils
Engineering Consulting Services" (hereinafter "Agreement ") has
been prepared whereby Converse Ward Davis Dixon Associates will
provide such service; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said Agreement
are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chairman
and Secretary be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed
to execute said Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 3rd day--Qf July, 1979.

I, LINDA D. ROBERTS, Secretary of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, do

adopted at a regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency held on
the 3rd day of July, 1979, by the following vote of the members thereof:

ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: Overholt
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency signed said Resolution on the 3rd day of July, 1979.
