A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING A PROPOSED PARKING AGREE-
MENT BETWEEN THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
AND THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND DESIGNATING LESSEE
OF AGENCY PARKING SPACES
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency and the
City of Anaheim have entered into a Cooperation Agreement for
the Construction of a Civic Center facility dated August 9 ,
19 77 . and
WHEREAS, said Cooperation Agreement provides that
the City shall enter into an agreement with the Agency to make
available to the Agency and /or to developers and occupants of
property in the vicinity of the Civic Center facility, as
designated by the Agency, such parking spaces as may be neces-
sary or appropriate for use in connection with development
within Redevelopment Project Alpha;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANAHEIM
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency hereby ap-
proves the terms and provisions of the proposed City - Agency
Parking Agreement.
2. The Agency hereby designates Dan W. Heil and
William C. Stookey, a Partnership, as Lessee of 130 Agency
Parking Spaces, and approves the terms of the proposed Parking
Lease between the City and said Lessee.
3. The Chairman of the Agency is hereby author
ized to execute the City- Agency Parking Agreement on behalf
of the Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 3rd day of July. 1979.
