A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH GENE G. MAHAFFEY, AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN AND
SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in
need of technical advice concerning site clearance and
demolition; and
WHEREAS, an agreement, entitled "Second Agreement
for Technical Assistance re: Demolition and Site Improve-
ments" (hereinafter "Agreement ") has been prepared whereby
Gene G. Mahaffey will provide such advice and assistance; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement are
acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 17th day of July, 1979.
