A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGE14CY APPROVING AN INCREASE IN THE MAXIMUM
COMPENSATION PAYABLE TO GENE G. MAHAFFEY.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency did by
Agreement entitled "Agreement for Technical Assistance Re:
Demolition and Site Improvements" dated August 8, 1978,
retain the services of Gene G. Mahaffey; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section F of Agreement, the
maximum compensation payable is $15,000; and
WHEREAS, Gene G. Mahaffey has provided services
which exceed $15,000; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to pay Gene G. Mahaffey
for such additional services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency does hereby authorize an additional
payment of $800.00 to Gene G. Mahaffey for services performed.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 24th day of July, 1979.
