A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM! REDEVELOPMENT
AGE14CY APPROVING THE TERV'1S AND CONDITIONS
OF THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEM'IENT FOR
LEGAL SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN
AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID SECOND AfdEND-
MENT. (RICKS AND RICKS)
WHEREAS, by Agreement for Legal Services dated August 30,
1977, Ricks and Ricks, a partnership, did agree to provide legal
services to the Project Area Committee, and the Redevelopment Agency
did agree to pay for said services; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement, pursuant to an amendment, ex-
pired on June 30, 1979 and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to extend the term of said
Agreement; and
WHEREAS, a Second Amendment to Agreement for Legal
Services (hereinafter "Second Amendment ") has been prepared, the
terms and conditions of which are acceptable to the Anaheim Rede-
velopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency that the terms and conditions of the Second Amendment
be, and they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Second. Amendment on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
TILE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 31st day of July, 1979.
