AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

INCORPORATED, AND AUTHORIZIING AND DIIiEC`iI?\iG
THE CHAIRPIAN AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREE:1E NT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in need of
appraisal services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement, entitled "Second Agreement for
Appraisal Services" (hereinafter "Agreement ") has been prepared,
the terms and conditions of which are acceptable to the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency.
, i0N1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said Agreement are hereby approced and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim ledevelopment Agency.
IIE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim edevelopr_ent Agency this 7th day of August, 1979.
