A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY CONSENTING TO THE TERMINATION OF
AN AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE CERTAIN AGENCY
PROPERTY (Jess 0. Ybarra)
WHEREAS, the Agency did, by Agreement For Sale of
Improvements dated April 17, 1979, agree to sell and Jess
0. Ybarra did agree to purchase certain Agency property,
to wit a five -unit apartment complex; and
WHEREAS, Jess 0. Ybarra has been denied a house
moving permit to move said property; and
WHEREAS, Jess 0. Ybarra has by letter requested
that he be permitted to withdraw his application to purchase
said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency does hereby agree to the termination of
that Agreement For Sale of Improvements, dated April 17,
1979, entered into with Jess 0. Ybarra.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 21stday of August, 1979.

Agency signed said Resolution on the 21st day of August, 1979.
