A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY ACCEPTING THE COMPLETION AND FURNISH-
ING OF ALL PLANT, LABOR, SERVICES, MATERIALS
AND EQUIPMENT AND ALL UTILITIES AND TRANS-
PORTATION INCLUDING POWER, FUEL AND WATER,
AND THE PERFORMANCE OF ALL WORK NECESSARY TO
COMPLETE DEMOLITION AND SITE CLEARANCE.
Contract No. D79 -12SFC
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency did award
a contract(s) for furnishing all plant, labor, services,
materials and equipment and all utilities and transportation,
including power, fuel and water, and performing all work
necessary to demolish and clear in a good and workmanlike
manner in strict accordance with the specifications, plans
and drawings for the following described work of improvement,
to wit:
For demolition and site clearance of the following
Agency properties, to wit:

WHEREAS, the contractor(s) has furnished all plant,
labor, services, materials and equipment and all utilities and
transportation, and performed all work necessary for the
demolition and clearance, in a good and workmanlike manner, in
strict accordance with the specifications, plans and drawings
of said public improvement as specified in the detailed
designs, plans, drawings and specifications prepared by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, and the contract made and enter-
ed into with said contractor(s) by the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has duly
certified to the completion of said demolition and clearance
hereinabove mentioned and described, in accordance with the
plans and specifications and the contract documents duly made
and entered into with said contractor(s); and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency finds that
said contractor(s) has completed said demolition and clearance
hereinabove more particularly described in accordance with the
provisions of the contract and the contract documents, and
that notice(s) of completion should be filed.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency that all plant, labor, services, materials
and equipment and all utilities and transportation, and the
performance of all work necessary to said demolition and
clearance in a good and workmanlike manner, in strict accord-
ance with the specifications, plans and drawings therefor on
file in the Office of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency,
together with the appurtenances thereto, said public improvement
hereinabove more particularly described and set forth, in the
City of Anaheim, by said contractor(s), be, and the same are
hereby, accepted subject, nevertheless, to all the terms,
conditions and provisions of the contract documents.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman be,
and he is hereby, authorized to execute and file notice(s)
of completion for said work as provided by law.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 21st day of August, 1979.

adopted at a regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency held on
the 21st day of August, 1979, by the following vote of the members thereof:
