A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR EN-
GINEERING SERVICES WITH JENNINGS-HALDERMAN-
HOOD AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID
FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has previously
entered into an agreement with Jennings - Halderman -Hood (hereinafter
"Engineer ") for preparation of a parcel map; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend said Agreement to in-
crease the compensation payable to Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a First Amendment to Agreement for Engineering
Services (hereinafter "First Amendment ") has been prepared, the
terms and conditions of which are acceptable to the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said First Amendment are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
First Amendment on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 11th day of September, 1979.
