A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR REIM-
BURSEMENT OF RELOCATION EXPENSES INCURRED
BY THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the Community Services Division, formerly
located at 173 West Lincoln Avenue, has relocated due to the
acquisition of property by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim consented to the relo-
cation of City's Community Services facility provided that
City not bear the cost and expense of such relocation; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are satisfactory to the Agency, whereby
the Agency agrees to pay City's relocation costs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Agreement be, and they are hereby, approved
and accepted by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement on
behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 2nd day of October, 1979.
