A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONIDITIONS
OF A NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT WITH MARIAN
FREEDMAN AND LEWIS FREEDMAN.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is proceeding
with the implementation of Redevelopment Project Alpha; and
WHEREAS, a proposed Negotiation Agreement ( "Agreement ")
for the development of certain property within Project Alpha has
been presented by Marian Freedman and Lewis Freedman; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said Agreement are
acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of this Agreement be, and they are hereby, approved by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 2nd day of October, 1979.
