A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR ELE-
VATOR MAINTENANCE SERVICE WITH COAST
ELEVATOR COMPANY, AND AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO
EXECUTE SAID FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in need of
elevator maintenance in the El Camino Bank Building;
WHEREAS, an amendment to agreement, entitled "First
Amendment to Agreement for Elevator Maintenance Service" has been
prepared, the terms and conditions of which are acceptable to the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of a First Amendment to Agreement for Elevator ?Maintenance
Service with Coast Elevator Company be, and they are hereby,
approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
First Amendment to Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 9th day of October, 1979.
