A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPi`IENT`
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIO'NS'
OF THE FIST A "ENDI` "E'IT TO A '1IEGOTIATIOI`v
AGREEMENT WITH HARRY ZEVIN .
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency did on April 3,
1979 enter a Negotiation Agreement ( "Agreement ") with Harry Zevin
for the development of certain propert within Redevelopment Project
Alpha; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to extend the period of said
Agreement; and
WHEREAS, a First Amendment to Negotiation Agreement
( "First Amendment ") has been prepared, the terms and conditions of
which are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency does accept and approve the terms and conditions of said
First Amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said First
Amendment on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 23rd day of _ gctZ ber, 1979.
