A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR EX-
CLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE WITH WILLIAM
BRASHEARS.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency did, on April
23, 1979, enter into an Agreement for Exclusive Right to Negotiate
with William Brashears ( "Agreement ") for the development of certain
property within Redevelopment Project Alpha; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to extend the period of said
Agreement; and
WHEREAS, a First Amendment to Agreement ( "First Amendment ")
has been prepared, the terms and conditions of which are acceptable
to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency does accept and approve the terms and conditions of
said First Amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said First
Amendment on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 23rd day of oct eY 1979.
