A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY ACCEPTING THE HIGHEST RESPECTIVE BIDS
FOR PURCHASE OF FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT, AND
DIRECTING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE
BILLS OF SALE THERETO, ON BEHALF OF THE
ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY. (79 -2)
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has acquired
certain fixtures and equipment which are surplus to the needs of
the Agency; and
WHEREAS, a notice inviting bids for said fixtures and
equipment was duly published in the Anaheim Bulletin and The
Register; and
WHEREAS, sealed bids have been submitted to the Agency
for purchase of said fixtures and equipment; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Agency does
hereby accept the bids submitted by the following purchasers for
the following lots as described in advertisement for bids:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Executive Director be,
and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute bills of
sale to the fixtures and equipment included in said lots.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 6th day of Nopz%,ber, 1979.

hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. ARA79 -105 was passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency held on
the 6th day of November, 1979, by the following vote of the members thereof:

NOES: AGENCY MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency signed said Resolution on the 6th day of November, 1979.
