A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY RESCINDING AWARD OF SALE OF CERTAIN
PERSONAL PROPERTY AND AWARDING SALE THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency did, by
Resolution No. ARA79 -105 accept the bid of Herb's Furniture for
Lot 1 of Sale 79 -2; and
WHEREAS, Herb's Furniture has withdrawn its bid; and
WHEREAS, Pat Proppe Antiques desires to purchase said
Lot 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency that it does hereby rescind award of Lot 1 of Sale 79 -2
to Herb's Furniture.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency does hereby accept the second highest bid for said Lot 1
submitted by Pat Proppe Antiques.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 11th day of De�nber, 1979.

ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency signed said Resolution on the 11th day of December, 1979.
