ARA1982-016RESOLUTION NO. ARA82 -16
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. ARA82 -6.
WHEREAS, the Specifications for Contract D82 -2 required
the successful bidder to furnish Faithful Performance and Labor
and Material Bonds in the amount of $50,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the second paragraph of Page 3 of Resolution
No. ARA82 -6 erroneously specified such bonds in the amount of
$4,987.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the second para-
graph of Page 3 of Resolution No. ARA82 -6 be amended to require
the amounts of such bonds to be $50,000.00.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 16th day of March, 1982.
