A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE SALE OF CERTAIN AGENCY -
OWNED PERSONAL PROPERTY TO AMERICAN LEGION
POST NO. 72.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is the owner
of certain personal property which is surplus to the needs of the
Agency; and
WHEREAS, American Legion Post No. 72 offered to purchase
such property from the Agency; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Agency to sell
said property to American Legion Post No. 72; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to the Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency that an agreement with American Legion Post No. 72 for
the sale of certain fixtures and equipment be, and it is hereby,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Executive Director of
Agency be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute contract of
sale.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 13th day,o�A1P-jiil, 1982.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim Redevelopment
