ARA1982-025RESOLUTION NO. ARA82 -25
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY RATIFYING CERTAIN PAYMENTS TO TITLE
INSURANCE AND TRUST COMPANY.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency did by
Agreement dated December 12, 1975, agree to purchase title
insurance and other services from Title Insurance and Trust
Company (T.I. & T.C.); and
WHEREAS, said agreement, by its terms, expired
December 31, 1977; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to December 31, 1977, through in-
advertence, the Agency, through its staff, continued to solicit
and pay for services from T.I. & T.C. despite the expiration of
Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has paid $14,769.90 to T.I. & T.C.
for services rendered subsequent to the expiration of said
Agreement; and
WHEREAS, T.I. & T.C. has rendered such services to the
satisfaction of the Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency does hereby ratify the prior expenditures
of said $14,769.90 to Title Insurance and Trust Company.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 11th day of May, 1982.
