A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY INCREASING THE MAXIMUM COMPENSATION
PAYABLE TO PORT & FLOR, INC.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency did, by
Agreement entitled Third Agreement for Relocation Services, agree
to retain Port $ Flor, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, Paragraph III of said Agreement provides that
the maximum compensation payable shall be $50,000.00 unless
approved by resolution of the Agency; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to authorize an increase in the
maximum compensation to $62,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency does hereby authorize a $12,000.00 increase
in the amount of maximum compensation payable under said Agreement
to an amount not to exceed $62,000.00.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 22nd day of June, 1982.
