A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A
SAVINGS ACCOUNT WITH SECURITY PACIFIC
NATIONAL BANK, AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING CERTAIN
INDIVIDUALS TO AUTHORIZE THE WITHDRAWAL OF
FUNDS FROM SAID ACCOUNT.
WHEREAS, on January 6, 1982, the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency entered into an agreement with Security Pacific National
Bank to provide for low interest loans subsidized by the Agency
as part of the Agency Neighborhood Preservation Program; and
WHEREAS, said agreement authorized the Agency and
Security Pacific National Bank to create an interest bearing
savings account containing sufficient funds to meet loan obliga-
tions originated by Agency; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to authorize the Agency to
deposit and maintain a savings account with sufficient funds to
meet all obligations incurred pursuant to said contract; and
WHEREAS, it is further necessary to authorize certain
individuals of the City of Anaheim to sign appropriate documents
to withdraw funds from the account to pay for loans created
pursuant thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency does hereby authorize the deposit
of sufficient funds into an interest bearing savings account
with Security Pacific National Bank to fund loans made pursuant
to the Agency's Neighborhood Preservation Program.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following persons are
authorized to sign the appropriate documents to withdraw funds
from the Savings Account established pursuant to this resolution:
1. Norman J. Priest
2. Robert G. Lyons
3. E. Earle Brewer
4. Patricia C. Whitaker
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it require at least two
signatures of each of the persons identified pursuant hereto
for any withdrawal.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 6th day of July, 1982.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim Redevelopment
