A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. ARA 82 -10.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency did on March
9, 1982, adopt a resolution determining the public need and
necessity for acquiring certain real property; and
WHEREAS, it appears that title to the property in
question is vested in the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency in fee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No.
ARA82 -10 be, and it is hereby, rescinded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 4th day of January, 1983.
