A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN
ACCOUNT ENTITLED THE "ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY - RELOCATION ASSISTANCE ACCOUNT."
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is legally
obligated to pay relocation costs to persons displaced by Agency
activities pursuant to Section 7260 et seq. of the Government
Code; and
WHEREAS, Agency funds are deposited in a special account
of the City of Anaheim and payments made therefrom on warrants of
the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, it is difficult to assure confidentiality of
relocation payments if made by warrants of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency does hereby authorize the establishment of an
account to be entitled the "Anaheim Redevelopment Agency -
Relocation Assistance Account" in the Security Pacific National
Bank.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Treasurer
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to sign such
documents as may be necessary to cause the establishment of the
account contemplated hereby.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that checks or warrants drawn
against said account are to be signed by the Chairman and
Treasurer on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 25th day of January, 1983.

ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
signed said Resolution on the 25th day of January, 1983.
