ARA1983-009RESOLUTION NO. ARA83 -9
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has acquired
certain real property located at the corner of Lakeview Avenue and
La Palma Avenue; and
WHEREAS, a portion of said real property has been or is
to be developed as public streets pursuant to the Redevelopment
Plan for Redevelopment Project Alpha; and
WHEREAS, a deed describing said real property has been
prepared; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to convey said real property to
the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency that it does consent to the Conveyance of the
real property to the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Quitclaim Deed on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 1st day of February, 1983.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
