ARA1983-011RESOLUTION NO. ARA83 -11
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has acquired
certain real property; and
WHEREAS, deeds describing said real property have been
prepared; and
WHEREAS, said real property is described as Parcels 2,
3 and 4 of Parcel Map 81 -244 and Parcels 2, 3 and 4 of Parcel
Map 81 -254; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to convey said property to
the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency that it does consent to the conveyance of the real
property to the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Quitclaim Deeds on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 1st day of March , 1983.

regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency held on the lst day of
March, 1983, by the following vote of the members thereof:

ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: Kaywood
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
signed said Resolution on the 1st day of March, 1983.
