A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE SALE OF CERTAIN AGENCY -
OWNED PERSONAL PROPERTY TO DAVID S. COLLINS.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is the owner
of certain personal property which is surplus to the needs of the
Agency; and
WHEREAS, David S. Collins has offered to purchase such
property from the Agency; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Agency to
sell said property to David S. Collins; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to the Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency that an agreement with David S. Collins for the sale of
certain fixtures and equipment be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Executive Director of the
Agency be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute the contract of
sale.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 14th day of June, 1983.

regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency held on the 14th day of
