- A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF THE PROPOSED REDEVELOP -
MENT PLAN FOR THE RIVER VALLEY REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment .Agency has prepared a
proposed Redevelopment Plan for the River Valley Redevelopment
Project; and
WHEREAS, the proposed Redevelopment Plan for the River
Valley Redevelopment Project conforms to the requirments of the
California Community Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code
Section 33000 et seq.);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive
Director of the Aneheim Redevelopment Agency is hereby
authorized and directed to submit the proposed Redevelopment
Plan for the River Valley Redevelopment Project to the Planning
Commission of the City of Anaheim for its report and
recommendation pursuant to the California Community
Redevelopment Law.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 6th day of Septer,ber
1983.

ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: Overholt and Roth
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman Pro Tem of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency signed said Resolution on the 6th day of September, 1983.
