A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
CONSENTING TO A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PRO-
POSED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE RIVER VALLEY
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING PUBLICA-
TION AND MAILING OF NOTICE OF JOINT PUBLIC
HEARING ON SAID PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has prepared a
proposed Redevelopment Plan for the River Valley Redevelopment
Project; and
WHEREAS, the proposed Redevelopment Plan for the River Valley
Redevelopment Project conforms to the requirements of the
California Community Redevelopment Law (§ 33000 et seq., Health
and Safety Code); and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has authorized and
directed the Executive Director of the Agency to submit the
proposed Redevelopment Plan to the Planning Commission of the City
of Anaheim, and to transmit said Redevelopment Plan to the county
representative of the fiscal review committee created with respect
to said proposed Redevelopment Project; and
WHEREAS the California Community Redevelopment Law (Health and
Safety Code Section 33355) authorizes a joint public hearing on
the proposed Redevelopment Plan for the River Valley Redevelopment
Project, with the consent of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency and
the City Council of the City of Anaheim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency that the Executive Director is hereby authorized and
directed to transmit the proposed Redevelopment Plan and the
Agency's Report for the River Valley Redevelopment Project to the
City Council of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
hereby consents to a joint public hearing with the City Council of
the City of Anaheim on the proposed Redevelopment Plan for the
River Valley Redevelopment Project, and further, hereby requests
that the City Council of the City of Anaheim consent to a joint
public hearing on the proposed Redevelopment Plan and establish
the date, time and place therefor.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the Anaheim
