A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
ACCEPTING THE BID OF DR. RICHARD GROSE FOR THE
PURCHASE OF FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT, AND
DIRECTING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE A
BILL OF SALE THERETO ON BEHALF OF THE ANAHEIM
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has acquired
certain fixtures and equipment which are surplus to the needs of
the Agency; and
WHEREAS, a notice inviting bids for said fixtures and
equipment was duly published in the Anaheim Bulletin; and
WHEREAS, sealed bids have been submitted to the Agency
for the purchase of said fixtures and equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency does hereby accept the bid submitted by the
following purchaser for the lot described in advertisement for
bids:

10,000.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Executive Director be,
and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute Bill.of Sale
to the fixtures and equipment of said lot.
