A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE REPORT TO CITY COUNCIL
ON THE PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE
RIVER VALLEY REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has prepared
the report to City Council on the proposed Redevelopment Plan
for the River Valley Redevelopment Project, which report
accompanied said proposed Redevelopment Plan when submitted to
the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the report to City Council contains the items
and information set forth in Section 33352 of the California
Community Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code Section
33000 et seq.), and said report conforms to the requirements of
the California Community Redevelopment Law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Agency that the
report to City Council on the proposed Redevelopment Plan for
the River Valley Redevelopment Project is hereby approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 22nd day of November
1983.
