RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
AUTHORIZING THE FINANCIAL ADVISOR TO BID
PURSUANT TO SECTION 53691 OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE
(REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT ALPHA TAX ALLOCATION
REFUNDING BONDS, SERIES D).
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency ")
by contemporaneous action will authorize the issuance and sale by
competitive bidding of $64,000,000 tax allocation bonds
designated "Redevelopment Project Alpha Tax Allocation Bonds,
Series D" (the "Bonds "); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 53691 of the Government Code
the financial advisor for the sale of the Bonds, Blyth Eastman
Paine Webber Incorporated, has given the Agency written notice
that the financial advisor intends to bid on the offering.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency does
hereby RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. In connection with the competitive public sale
of the above - referenced Bonds and pursuant to Section 53691 of
the Government Code and Rule G -3 of the Municipal Securities
Rulemaking Board, the financial advisor, Blyth Eastman Paine
Webber Incorporated ( "Blyth "), is hereby given written consent to
act as an underwriter and purchaser of the Bonds, and any such
action previously authorized by the staff of the Agency as taken
by Blyth consistent with this resolution is hereby confirmed,
ratified and approved.
