A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
INCREASING THE MAXIMUM COMPENSATION PAYABLE TO
PORT & FLOR, INC.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency did, by
Agreement entitled Fourth Agreement for Relocation Services, agree
to retain Port & Flor, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, Paragraph III of said Agreement provides that
the maximum compensation payable shall be $50,000.00 unless
approved by resolution of the Agency; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to authorize an increase in the
maximum compensation to $72,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency does hereby authorize a $22,000.00 increase
in the amount of maximum compensation payable under said Agreement
to an amount not to exceed $72,000.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency does hereby authorize the payment of services for a
position entitled Relocation Specialist II at an hourly rate of
$30.00 per hour.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 1st day of May.
